Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley does not talk about her grandparents, however her grandmother who was a well-known bodybuilder during the 30s and 20s was credited with instilling her fitness passion. Ashley was physically active from an early age. She started swimming lessons when she was just four years old, and continued for 10 more. Ashley entered many competitions however she wasn't dedicated because her body wasn't ready to follow an intense diet. The model was a bit popular in the time of her high school, due to her beautiful looks and her curvy body however, it's unclear whether she dated anybody in this time of her life. Ashley chose to concentrate in becoming a fitness trainer and modeling model after she graduated. Ashley was only 15 when she began to be unhappy about her physical appearance. In the direction of her grandpa, she began going to the gym, but she took his advice and started off gradually. What she did not know was that she was about to devote the rest of her life to sculpting her figure and steadily becoming a fitness model. Ashley inspired by her success in her 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships won seventh place. Inspiring by her defeat, she continued training hard. Ashley participated in her first WBFF World Championships 2015 and placed 5th. After the event completed, Ashley opted to not compete again. When she was competing she got invitations to shoot photos but did not want to combine careers. Once she quit, however, she made her decision to turn into an actress. An acclaimed fitness magazine published her as a cover model and immediately started an industry for fitness models. Since then she's an established model that has worked for countless bikini brands and world-renowned clothing companies.
